Omnitok:
A component-driven solution
Omnitok is a SaaS omnichannel solution originally developed to help call center agents to communicate with clients and collaborate with their teams during COVID-19 pandemic. Because the product was already adopted by users the main goal was to create a beautiful brand and great user experience. For our solution defining a centric-user design framework and component-driven approach helped us to integrate the best of both worlds fast and efficiently. Tools as Miro, FigJam and Figma were extremly helpful to define flows, wireframes and prototypes. Interactive prototyping help us test our features and save the team plenty hours of coding. The change of mindset and design-applied methdologies create a huge impact in the way developers see the design and enable the team to unleash their creativity.
Omnibot:
The chatbot experience
Omnibot is a NLP based chatbot trained for customer service. The main goal was to build a brand for the product, content creation and improve the conversational experience. During our discovery process understanding user behaviour and how they perceived chatbots was very important to finness our solution. Defining profiles help us elaborate a chatbot persona which translates in a more natural conversation with more accurate answers. Using a UX approach we trained the models and define better conversational flows. We also had the chance to create a great impact by reducing high production costs creating in-house high quality content such as promotional videos, brochures and animations.
Entel:
User profiles for escalability
Entel is a Chilean telecommunications and technology company that offers mobile and home telephone services. The main goal was to design a seamless solution to display customer information depending on the user profile. For a big company with many stakeholders it was challenging to understand user needs but with tools like Figma we define a solution that allowed us to manage the project expectations and deadlines. We define a view for each team so developers could easily work with business defined interfaces and at the same time product owners could discover, define and test product backlog. We defined a way of working unprecedent for the company when we manage to involved every stakeholder efficiently without compromising the scope of the project. This had a huge impact on time managing which was an aspect that was praised during feedback.
